In this month, a delegation of clients from Denmark, Mr Costin visited Proxima Biotech, focusing on in-depth communication and on-site inspection of the company’s cosmetic raw materials, including vitamin E, essential oils, and jojoba oil—products the Danish side has shown strong interest in for their cosmetic production needs.

Upon arrival, the Danish clients were first led to Proxima Biotech’s factory and production workshops. Guided by the company’s technical team, they closely inspected the entire production process of cosmetic raw materials: from the pretreatment of natural raw materials (such as non-GMO soybeans for vitamin E and jojoba seeds) to the application of eco-friendly biocatalytic extraction technology, and finally to the quality testing links for purity and safety. The clients carefully checked the workshop’s dust-free environment, automated control systems, and sample display of finished products, and raised questions about production standards and batch stability. The technical team responded in detail and provided test reports that meet EU cosmetic regulations, which were highly recognized by the visitors.

During the subsequent meeting, both parties had in-depth discussions on product customization needs, supply cycles, and after-sales service. The Danish clients expressed great satisfaction with Proxima Biotech’s strict quality control, advanced production technology, and compliance with international standards, and indicated their intention to further promote cooperation in the supply of cosmetic raw materials. This visit not only strengthened mutual trust but also laid a solid foundation for Proxima Biotech to expand its market in Northern Europe.
